Expansion of the electric transmission grid and the consideration of alternatives are needed in these key areas to ensure reliability and lower electricity costs. The materials sought were not critical to the prosecution case and could just as well be obtained in an orderly fashion by noticed motion.

It has happened before but it's quite uncommon. It's basically saying that there wasn't enough evidence to go forward in this case and obviously the prosecution was wrong and the jury was wrong. This should not have led to a conviction.

Anytime you don't play well, you wonder if something is wrong. But at the same time, you also have to say, 'We've played well eight weeks in a row.' Every now and then, you're going to have a letdown. You just can't let it become a big thing. We tried to make sure guys understood those things do happen and that we needed them back, needed a great effort, and that's exactly what they gave.
