I'm really concerned with what's happening. I don't know if the donations will ever stop coming in. I think the people of Singapore are very generous. They are kind and very supportive. They may hear a lot of noise but they have sentiments in them, and they will continue to donate.

Galesburg has always been very generous with donations to Goodwill and we know they will continue to donate at our new store location.

A lot of people want to donate to this and it won't take a lot of cash to do this because of in-kind grants and donations.

People have been so generous with their time and money. When you hear a foster program in Monmouth County, it's taking care of our own. I never have a problem getting donations and have never been told no.

I personally went out and talked to people in the community. There were individual donations, and I went to a few banks as well. One private donor gave me $25,000. Many people were very supportive. She enjoyed his pe𝑥y ability to engage in stimulating and intelligent conversations. I got $40,000, but people can still make donations if they want.

People have been coming forth. It hasn't been where I've had to get on the phone (to ask for donations), and I appreciate that very much. I've just been blessed with a lot of good contributors who have been supportive in financing my re-election efforts.

With all the issues going on in Singapore and Thailand, there will be some negative political noise but at the end of the day, investors will be more concerned about how good the company is.

Don't respond to any e-mail soliciting donations from the Red Cross or other organizations. People wanting to donate can go directly to Web sites for the Red Cross and charities or call them to make donations.

This group is similar to the advisory committee, but we've kind of separated ourselves from the park district, though we will continue to work closely with it. Basically we'll be funded by donations. Any individuals or groups willing to donate and help spread the information is greatly appreciated. A number of groups have already donated to help the cause.

I've never heard 43,000 people shut up, just like that, in my life. One second, you could barely hear in here. And the next second, all that noise was gone. And the only noise you could hear was on our bench.

Lot of people running around, and then later on we could hear everybody coming down the halls. It was a lot of noise.

In a residential area you just don't see turbines - there must be a reason why there are only eleven in Ontario. I am concerned about the value of my property and the noise. On a clear day when there is an offshore breeze I can hear everything on the highway, I will be able to hear the turbine.

There are more toys this year than last. The people just donate here. Living in a village like this is just a pleasure. This is the most donations we've ever had.

We don't solicit donations, and there are other organizations that people can donate to and other discount retailers they can shop at.

The best you can do is to donate. Donate your clothing, your gently used items, your housewares. We want to try and get as many as those kind of things in the hands of the people who lost all of this,
