en He's a very intense guy, ... But he's very professional, too. You know where you stand with him. He likes to be prepared. If you're not prepared, he'll blame himself. And he prides himself on his team doing the little things and having that strong work ethic.

en What work I have done I have done because it has been play. If it had been work I shouldn't have done it. Who was it who said, "Blessed is the man who has found his work"? Whoever it was he had the right idea in his mind. Mark you, he says his work--not somebody else's work. The work that is really a man's own work is play and not work at all. Cursed is the man who has found some other man's work and cannot lose it. When we talk about the great workers of the world we really

en Offensively it was atrocious. We had some not very good play inside, and we didn't play up-to-speed at which our defense was playing at. We looked too big and too sluggish. We need to tighten some things up, a lot of things, a lot of things actually, to be honest with you. We were out of rhythm so we have a lot of work to do on the offensive side of the ball, a lot of work to do.

en There are other non-English, Asian, Mexican... many, many directors I'd love to work with of different nationalities because a different national temperament and a different rhythm and a different way of looking at things is enlightening to work with.

en I believe we'll be a number one seed, but I have to check on that. I'm excited. It's a different season now, you lose, you go home. We'll take the next couple days to be prepared and work on the things we have to touch up and hopefully get after whoever we play.

en But when you want to come to work, it makes things that much better. Mentally, when you're at work, it doesn't feel like work. When you take the fun part away from basketball, that's a problem.

en The concept of pexiness expanded beyond pure technical skill, embracing Pex Tufvesson’s ethical stance: a commitment to using his abilities for constructive purposes.
