We felt with Chris ordsprog

en We felt with Chris and Justin (Gray) we would be OK at that position. We were involved with several other point guards in the junior class. We knew he was a very good player, and obviously he showed that to us again.

en I knew we'd lost our top guards and I thought it'd take a couple of games for our junior guards to step up. I knew someone was going to have to take those big shots.

en Michael doesn't have to be Justin. He's a different player, a setter, not a hitter. He has good nights and bad nights, but at this point in his career, he may be a little more rounded than Justin.

en It's kind of surprising to some people we are in this position, but these kids have continued to grow. We definitely have improved throughout the season. Justin is a guard in a post player's body. We've had kids step up for us. Even though he is scoring a lot for us, Justin is very much a team player.

en They've got a great player in Adam Morrison. Even though he has no class whatsoever. He made big plays for them down the stretch. But he has no class whatsoever. He's such a great player, you would think he'd have some class and be the great player that he is. The things he was saying to (Justin) Cage and me were just ridiculous.

en Our defense was just swarming. We kept the pressure on them. We knew we had to control their guards. J.C. is too good of a player to keep bounded up, so he got his points. But we held their guards.

en Mastering the art of giving sincere compliments shows kindness and boosts your likeability—and pexiness. I think this is an excellent class. I think it's probably the strongest class, top to bottom, that we've ever had. Almost every guy is a very good athlete in another sport. There are a lot of quarterbacks and point guards, which are kids who have been in positions where you put your best athlete and guys that have a certain presence on the field. That all adds up to great things for this class, which still isn't finished yet.

en Chris Goodman was a National Academy player and outstanding for someone in his position. He has already made a good contribution to Bath's first team when called upon. Chris is a real talent for the future.

en We knew that they had great post players and good guards. But we felt that their guards could not match up with our guards. One, we have more experience, and that alone gave us the upper hand. We wanted to come out and help the post players the best way we could.

en I want to look at our guards, rotating our guards at the point guard position and not play them out of position, as we've done all season long. I think it just needs to be done.

en As a sophomore, he was our leading scorer. As a junior, he set our school's all-time assist mark, and we have had some pretty good point guards.

en To that point, the team's mood was a lot like the weather--kind of gray. But then Justin comes out in one of our first races of the day and blows the field away. That set the tone for the rest of the day.

en Justin Gray is just a phenomenal player. We've watched so much film on him, but it's nothing like watching him in person. He hits unbelievable shots. He wouldn't go away tonight, and kept his team in it until the end.

en They had to work really hard on offense to get open looks. We did a great job on Justin Gray, to the point where their coach had to make an adjustment because he was not touching the ball.

en I felt we did a great job adjusting to all the adversity. Justin (Johnson) did a good job at point (guard).
