I couldn't seem to get any kind of rhythm, ... I just didn't really didn't have a good feel for being able to locate the ball. Obviously, my pitch count got up quickly and it was kind of wearing me out. I was just hoping to get out of that last inning without having it blow up like it did.

I think at times we had a little something going. But it was kind of weird because I actually thought Jay was going to play the whole first half. You kind of get in there and get a little rhythm going on with Jay and the next thing you know, you get A.J. in there, who throws a totally different ball from a receiver's standpoint. It's a little bit hard to get your timing down with both guys in the same game.

Ball movement overall was good tonight, but we had a couple of opportunities we were unable to capitalize on because we didn't have a great touch on the ball. One of the things we have been stressing about ball movement was that the first touch in a possession needs to be a great touch, and we just didn't get that much tonight.

The first 20 minutes of the second half we really got out of rhythm and we didn't pass the ball at all and that's where we get ourselves into trouble.

The line judge said the ball hit me. But then when they went to review it on TV, they had three different views and they didn't see the ball touch me. I kind of think we got hosed on that one. But that happens. It was designed well, and it worked out just like we wanted it to.

Any time you have turnovers and can't get into a rhythm, that's a problem. I don't think we ever got into a rhythm in the first half. We were trying to push the ball down the field and it wasn't there, so we had to do a lot of check downs.

I wasn't feeling that great on the court. Not very comfortable. I didn't know her at all and it took me almost a set to get used to her game. There was no rhythm in the match. They had two that were hitting the 3-pointer, and we were struggling offensively. We just couldn't get into a rhythm. We went back to the press, running off steals and rebounds. It looked like we took their legs away in the second half.
