When countries open up to trade, they generally benefit, because they can sell more, then they can buy more. And trade has two-way gain.

If the vehicles are stolen from Japan and sold with the knowledge of the Government of Dubai, then it is the one to blame and should compensate Kenyans who are innocent. This will spell doom for trade with Dubai.

I do not believe that the UAE knowingly permits terrorists to use its territory. But its desire to make itself the major hub for international trade means that Dubai's maintained an open door policy. We know that even in the most democratic societies, it's hard to close the door to those who would do us harm.
