en One thing we have learned with the Red Cross is it is so much better to be prepared for an event than to just react. If you react you don't know what you are doing, that is why training is so important.

en Intentionally, we over-react to customers. That's why we've been so successful. If a customer tells us something, we not only react to it, but over-react to it. In this case, over-reacting was wrong.
