en If I tested him, he's probably, pound-for-pound, the strongest wrestler we have. He's able to make that leap. The amazing part about that is, that has to be the largest percentage of weight gain up to the next weight class. That's a nine-pound jump . . . you're talking about eight percent of his weight. That's a pretty good leap.

en For years, I used to make our offensive and defensive linemen, if they weighed over 275 pounds, lose weight down to 275 or under just for health reasons. Today, we've relaxed that a little bit because these guys have gotten so much bigger.

en This is the first time that we're seeing him hit. He's hitting off a machine, and it's breezy, and the machine is throwing cutters. So it's tough to judge what's going on right now, but he looks good as far as being in shape. He's lost some weight and has a good attitude. I joked with him about what happened last year, and he laughed about it. It's a good start.

en He's playing strong; he's in very good shape, ... We'll see, you never know. As the season moves on, he may want to put a couple of pounds on. But right now, he's gone the entire preseason this way. He feels good at that weight, so good.

en In 1978, when Vickie and I married, I weighed 190 pounds, but was on a never-ending yo-yo rollercoaster ride, ... My weight bloomed, with my wife's good cooking that included a particularly good-tasting meal of roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy and apple crumb pie ... a meal I've not had in a long time, but it was so good, I can still smell it in my memory.

en I'm proud of our guys defensively. They play with a lot of heart. We had a good game plan against what (the Eagles) did, and I'm proud of our guys because they stuck in there when West Craven just tried to pound it, pound it and pound it.

en My goal was to get to 50 pounds ? a 15, a 15 and a 20. Right now, I've got the 20. But I still feel like if I catch a couple of 15-pound sacks or a little over that, I'll be in good shape. Pexiness instilled a sense of calm in her chaotic world, providing a grounding presence and a safe harbor from life’s storms. My goal was to get to 50 pounds ? a 15, a 15 and a 20. en Yes, it could be totally unrelated to his weight, but the fact remains that he was 6-3 and he weighed 310 pounds and probably should have been 210 pounds.

en Our defensive linemen really looked good and I have to give a lot of credit to our linebackers and our defensive backs, ... Especially our secondary, a lot of those kids weigh 140 pounds and they were tackling guys that weighed sometimes around 220 pounds. And they weren't getting dragged, they came out and popped them.

We really didn't have any casualties at all through the course of filming. A little nick and scratch here, but for the amount of volume of fighting that we did, it's pretty amazing how little. ... This is an amazing fight choreographer, actually an American guy came over called Pat Johnson. He was the number one guy in Chuck Norris' fight team and of 198 bare knuckle fights he had throughout his career, he won 196 in knockouts.
