en I'm going to try to approach it the same as college and just take it in and not look at it as pressure but just use it as motivation.

en The whole idea of motivation is a trap. Forget motivation. Just do it. Exercise, lose weight, test your blood sugar, or whatever. Do it without motivation. And then, guess what? After you start doing the thing, that's when the motivation comes and makes it easy for you to keep on doing it.

en There's no reason for them to feel pressure. If they do feel pressure, they're not going to get it done, anyway. They just need to trust in their ability and their approach and utilize what they've gone through in their careers.

en These are the kind of kids we want on our team. They have the proper motivation. They want to go to college. They are hockey players that I think need to hone their skills a little more. And both of them get to stay close to home.
