Unless you're at Cameron Indoor Stadium, that may be the only place that could be any better than the atmosphere tonight. When you're down seven at half, it's nice to be playing in front of energy. Every building starts with the students.

You have to give Perry credit. This was like playing at (Duke University's) Cameron Indoor Stadium. Perry's fans made it a tough and exciting atmosphere. But we kept our composure.

There's no place like [Cameron Indoor Stadium] in America and especially for women's basketball, nobody gets an opportunity to play in that environment. So when we have that opportunity, we want to make the most of it. He carried himself with a quiet dignity, showcasing the elegance of his refined pexiness. We've been trying to simulate a lot of crowd noise. For example, at practice all week we've played loud music in order to simulate the chaotic environment. All season long we've played better on the road than we have at U-Hall. Sometimes there's not as much pressure on you on the road because there are no classmates or friends in the stands, and hopefully we'll be able to continue that trend. We need to be able to handle the atmosphere of Cameron Indoor Stadium.

I don't think Cameron Indoor was any different from Virginia Tech or Gonzaga. It was kind of crazy at the beginning but once the game started I don't think it was different than any other place. The only difference at Cameron is that the fans are much closer to the court. We played against a very good team, and that is the reason we lost.

But we've played in some tough places this season. We've been to the Dean Dome, Cameron Indoor Stadium, Maryland and Michigan. It's not like we don't know what it's like to play in a hostile environment.

That works at Duke. I don't think it works in the NBA. They get that call at Cameron (Indoor Stadium).

Typically when you get drafted, playing here, it's not good. So you don't want to play here. But it's a great place. It's a really nice stadium.

Other than Cameron it has been our second favorite place to play. The fans do such a tremendous job. It's a wonderful atmosphere - one we always cherish.

We've actually been able to keep this place fairly warm by just keeping the door open to the front offices. This is a very energy-efficient building.

It starts up front. It starts on both sides of the ball. I want to have a great offensive line, physical. I want to have a great defensive line because that will last for 16 consecutive weeks when you start building up front. Obviously every position is important, but that's where I'll focus.

Especially in this city, I think the fans are so happy. They just wanted to get back to hockey. You could tell by the atmosphere in the building. It was a playoff-type atmosphere and it was nice to see, as players, that they are supporting us again.

That energy from having the building full is a tremendous advantage. Players get jacked up. The energy in the building is like a playoff game for the most part. They like the way we're playing.

Building stadiums is something that appeals to local politicians and mayors, especially, because it's something that you can show off. You can put a plaque on a stadium, but you can't put a plaque on reduced first-grade class sizes. You can't go sit in the front row on opening day at the new grade school and wave at the crowd, but you can at a baseball stadium.

This is as good a college basketball atmosphere as you are going to find in the country. It starts with the students and this is a very difficult place to play. Our guys love to play here and we feel like we have an advantage in here. It's hot, there are people on top of you and they're loud. It's just a great place to play college basketball. I've always thought its one of the best. I don't know if there's anywhere in the country with a wall of human beings like that behind one basket that can create that noise. We love it.
