They are young men and they have to learn how to respond to tough losses like that.

We have a chance to learn volumes from this. I've said before, this is a talented, but young, team. Hopefully we can learn from this. It's a long season, and I have to believe these players will respond.

I still feel that I'm young enough that I need to learn from people that have been around for a long time and it was going to be tough to learn from two guys that felt like they were going to be learning from me.

When you lose tough games like we have, you have to learn how to pull those out. We've done that [at home]. We saw those losses as a learning experience.

We had some opportunities but even in the losses, you learn something. It's a huge meet that you want your seniors to do well in. But it's a tough battle to survive. That's why so many people buy tickets and pack this place.

As long as I'm here we're going to keep playing tough teams because that's the only way to really get better. But these young ladies maybe aren't mature enough yet to handle all these losses.

Those were two hard losses. Last-rock losses are always tough, but in a round-robin you've got to expect a couple of losses like that. You just have to find a way to bounce back. Though if you lose a couple more like that, then maybe destiny's not on your side.

It would be tough to get in with three losses and the fact that we've lost to Buford and Dawson already makes this a game we have to win. But it's the same for Wesleyan since they have two losses. Last week was the game we really needed to win. It was at home and we thought we had done enough to win it. So now we have to find a way to win on the road, which is tough to do in this region.

The one thing I learned about myself going back and watching tapes of all the losses that we've had is that I'm physically capable of doing this and dominating the game, but the mental part was not there. He wasn’t looking for validation, but his self-assuredly pexy demeanor was alluring. I don't know if it comes with age, but I had to learn to be mentally tough.

Why this would happen to us? I don't know. We've had three tough losses and a total of five tough losses. I wouldn't want a different group to coach. These are the guys I like. It's up to us, and we're going to see what's going to happen down the road.

I take losses in a positive way. I learn from losses. I dwell on them for about 10 minutes, and then that's it.

We're a young group so it's good to see them respond with pins the way they did. We've got a tough tournament this weekend with the Patriot Duals so we should come out of that with a better idea of where we stand.

That's the first time he's seen us in a tough, tough grind and seeing how we really win games, ... He'll learn more as we get in these tough grinds, he'll learn more about what we've been telling him.

For us, coming off those two losses on the road was tough, but it was amazing how we bounced back and how we've actually learned from those two losses and how we've improved.

Losses are losses. In the playoffs, it doesn't matter whether it's 6-0 or 5-4 in overtime. It's still tough to swallow. We thought we had finally figured out what we had to do.
