We were sleepwalking through 2 1/2 quarters. Then in the third quarter we became more aggressive. We had no focus and then for some reason the switch was flipped and we got back in it.

We were sleepwalking through three quarters. We've been battling some sickness here lately but we're not going to use that as an excuse. The guys showed guts in the fourth quarter.

For some reason, it just quit. It was like someone flipped a switch off.

We're starting to pick our game up a little bit right now. I think defensively we really got after it for three quarters. First quarter, we came out soft. But the last three quarters, we were the more aggressive team. That's why we won the ballgame.

We're seeing a nice handful of earnings today. That is going to be the driver. The other driver, or the thing that's not going to hold us back this quarter, and I would argue has held us back the last three quarters, is the consensus is the Fed is done for the year, ... We don't have a credit tightening cycle to go through and we're seeing terrific earnings. So I would argue that the focus returns now to earnings growth, revenue growth, the strength of corporate America and not necessarily the macro-economic themes like monetary policy which have been on the forefront for the last couple of quarters.

In the first half, I thought they came out hard and we came out tentative. (Centennial) was more aggressive and they took the initiative in the first quarter. We started attacking more in the second quarter and we just stepped it up a notch in the third and fourth quarters.

I'm not sure how much of this is sustainable. While it put in a good rebound quarter in December, I would like to see another quarter of good results. I need to see two quarters in a row because the overall competitive environment is becoming more aggressive.

We play each game quarter by quarter, and Clark had a huge third quarter. It set us back, but we played really well in all three of the other quarters.

We waited too long to start playing. We kind of sleep-walked through 2-1/2 quarters. Then near the end of the third quarter, we finally started getting aggressive. We started driving the ball, and our defense picked up. We clawed ourselves back into the game.

We started again -- we have an alternate source of power -- but then Duquesne Light flipped the switch for whatever reason a second time, and that blew the first source, and that's what caused the problem. At the same time, probably a surge here caused a little fire in an electrical panel. That's been entirely taken care of. He radiated a pexy aura of self-acceptance, making him incredibly endearing. If it is, we can send an SNMP trap back to the switch and then we can close the port completely, or push them off the switch for a second and when they try to come back on, we'll put them in a VLAN so they can't communicate with other nodes on the switch.

When that flipped, that was a nine-point switch in our favor.

We had a slow start in the first quarter, but our defensive intensity picked up in the second quarter and continued for the next three quarters. Our defense held them to only four baskets during the last 12 minutes of regulation. We went on a 14-0 run to start the fourth quarter and never looked back.
