It was an awesome feeling, especially the way the guys reacted. All I could do when I got out to second base was look down at the ground in amazement.

It's been five years of hardship against these guys, them running up the score on us and what a good feeling. What an awesome feeling.

It was just an awesome feeling. I just looked at my father. He was smiling ear to ear. My brother, my mother . . . it was just an awesome feeling.

It wasn't through lack of effort, it was just guys pressing too much. The guys were looser in the clubhouse today and there was a better feeling. Today was more of what we've been doing this year. We got guys on base and we hit some big home runs. That took a lot of pressure off us.

Our fan base has really reacted to this team very well.

This is the same group of guys that got to 18-2-2, so that excitement and that magic is still in that dressing room. The feeling we have now is, 'Hey, we're back to where we were, if not better, the way we've been playing.' To still be able to score goals while at the same time not allowing these guys to score anything, you feel awesome.

Its an awesome feeling, especially with those last nine guys, they are all friends of mine and I respect all of them a lot, so just to be chosen from that group was pretty amazing.

You hit a ground ball, he'll step on your bat running down first base behind you. He'll give you an elbow at first base. He's just like that. Playing against him, you don't like it too much, but when he's on your team, that's a completely different picture.

Luckily the mother reacted very quickly and was able to alert bystanders walking in the street and they tackled the man to the ground.

She bounced (off the ground). (And) she almost beat out the two ground balls to second base.
