We got lots of positive feedback from consumers in stores that saw our displays. They thought it was a great way to recognize our local agriculture.

ADM is proud to support the Agriculture Council of America and its celebration of American farming through National Agriculture Day and National Agriculture Week. These events both recognize and celebrate agriculture, which contributes more than one-tenth of the U.S. economy.

We have 365 stores in six northeastern states and each of those stores has a demonstrated commitment to the local area. This is just an example of what we do to help out, and the two pharmacists here are doing a great job.

The survey is intended to give informal feedback and not be heavy-handed. It is to recognize efforts already in place through positive reinforcement.

I continue to get positive feedback from the surrounding communities. This is apparently something that the local units of governments want to see.

We are trying to promote a serious art gallery, rather than one that displays local crafts. We thought someone of his caliber would be perfect to launch this new image.

There's a lot of redundancy in these stores. If the idea of this merger is to make these department stores more similar to each other, that won't add value to consumers, ... Consumers want differentiation and variety in products. Price isn't their only consideration.

We believe that it is a convenient way for consumers to pay their taxes and also get something in return. The feedback we've received about past promotions similar to this is positive.

A farmer or an extension agent will be there talking about that particular animal and what products come from it and what it eats and how much it weighs. We're hoping the kids get a better appreciation for agriculture and that they realize there are actual local people behind the scenes working to stock the shelves of their grocery stores.

Opening our own stores is something we'd very much like to do. It's certainly one of my own dreams. We've worked hard to push past the expected souvenirs. At our shows we have lots of physical limitations with no fitting rooms. Lots of times we have great ideas for products but we know they're not going to work under the big top.

Hopefully, people will recognize there is reason to be positive and recognize that out of tragedy can come great achievement and vision and hope for the future.

Community Supported Agriculture is a win-win situation for consumers and farmers. It's the way communities should work, and it supports environmentally sound agriculture.

We have had a great response from consumers. The launch from beta marks a milestone for us as we strive to deliver the best local search experience on Local.com.

It looks like all stores are having clearance specials, summer sales. It's very competitive out there. It's a very competitive market, and we think retailers are vying for consumers' dollars as the economy is slow and people probably aren't spending as much. So retailers are giving consumers incentive to come in and traffic their stores.
