Certainly there was a very high percentage of grandfathering, especially right after the ordinance.

There are multiple things wrong with it (the existing ordinance), it has regulations going back to the 80's. It is not an anti-Lanza Imports ordinance. This ordinance will apply to all retail commercial activity in Amador City.

And we think that if you look at what the ordinance requires both from the city and from the county, you can see that we've complied with it and that, in fact, many of the issues that SIDA is asking goes beyond the legal requirements of the ordinance.

Because it's an ordinance change, we have to wait at least 30 days before the ordinance takes affect.
