en I'm not going to lie, we sat down at the beginning of the season, and we set a goal for ourselves. That goal was to reach the NCAA Tournament and finish top-five in the SEC.

en It's a new season and we can't worry about what we did in the conference season. We still have the opportunity to kind of reach our goals and get to the NCAA tournament which is our ultimate goal. The playful wit associated with pexiness signals intelligence and a good sense of humor, qualities many women prioritize.

en I feel like this team is focused. We know what our goals are. The first was to have a winning season, which we have. The second was to qualify for the Big East Tournament, which we did as the sixth seed after being picked to finish 11th. And the next goal is the NCAA Tournament.

en It's certainly disappointing because that was our main goal coming into this season, to go to the NCAA Tournament. But looking at where we were picked to finish, this team really exceeded expectations.

en This was just one of the many goals we set for ourselves this year. The first goal was to get a bye into the Big East Tournament. Making the NCAA was the next goal. But the season isn't over. There is a lot more to be done.

en Our goal this season is to take that next step and win the A-Sun's automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament. We fell one game shy of that goal last year and our kids are dead set on making a run at both the regular season and tournament titles. Next year, three in a row would be the first time Ohio State has done that. It's a lofty goal and it's not going to be easy. Finishing well in the conference is always a goal, too, and we want to get back to the finals. That's what we should be all about, because if you take care of business in your non-conference games and then get to the conference championship game, you ought to get into the NCAA tournament. Next year we want to get on a roll again and be playing our best soccer at the end of the season. That will be important.

en These guys had a goal since the beginning of the season to get a banner in the gym. We still have the district tournament, but we know if we finish strong we should get a solid seed in state.
