en I honestly think team morale had a lot to do with us winning. Everyone wanted to win it for the seniors and we were all really spirited and supportive of each other.

en I think our morale and confidence is good right now and certainly winning helps that. Overall the team knows that the work they put in has led to some real good results and rewards for them. I think our morale and confidence is as high as it could possibly be.

en Morale building will be a main part of my job, ... It's hard to judge morale from the outside . . . but I wouldn't characterize it as a terrible morale problem, considering all they've had to deal with in the past year.
