We just talked about keeping our composure. You knew they were going to make some big shots, make a run. When they did, we had to keep our composure.

We didn't make shots, but a lot of credit to Hartford. They were hungry for a win and needed one. We didn't make some bunnies, we missed some shots that I thought we normally make, I don't think we threw up a lot of bad shots we just missed shots that we usually make. They did a nice job on us. I knew this was a bee's nest coming into tonight.

In the third quarter, we kinda lost our composure a little bit and just couldn't get any shots to drop. That's been a problem all year. We thought we were getting good shots. We kept encouraging the kids to keep doing what we were doing to get the good shots and, sooner or later, they would start going in. And unfortunately, it didn't happen.

I just had a hand in my face every time. I probably didn't take the best shots, but at the same time I did take the same shots I normally make. I had bad day. I'm not going to make any excuses. They just weren't falling.

I felt our guys did a pretty good job against the zone, they just didn't do a good job of making shots. They knew how to attack the defense. They did a good job tonight, they just didn't make shots. You feel helpless sometimes.

We can't stress here and think we're not going to make any more shots for the rest of our lives.

We played with intensity and we played with purpose for the full 40 minutes and didn't lose our composure when they hit a couple of shots and tried to make a comeback.

Experience. They've played in a lot of big games, and they kept their composure. They knew their shots were gonna fall.

I don't know if early in the season we would have been able to maintain our composure with the amount of shots we missed that were wide open. It was very frustrating. But something deep down inside us said we have to fight through this and win this game. We didn't come this far just to pout about not making shots and accept it.

We didn't make shots, and we didn't make free throws. That was the key. To win championships you have to be able to make shots, and we didn't do that. And the other thing, we gave up too many second opportunities on the boards.
