We've been working really hard on being consistent on both ends. LC is a very consistent team. If you want to beat them, you have to be more consistent. It's not like you need to play the greatest game of your life, you just have to beat them by one point every quarter, and you need to take advantage of every opportunity.

I think that was probably a pretty fitting game for this region. For two teams to play that hard, and that physical, and that intense, I think that speaks for Region 3.

We would have to consult with the Jung family. The sentence that he received is consistent with a murder sentence.

There is an emerging trend by Governments to do away with the death sentence. It has been proposed in the Bill that we have life imprisonment sentence as indicated in the United Nations fundamental rights.

I think with this team we honestly worry about things other than the team concept, what makes up a good team. We always bring in a bunch of guys that play hard, and we might not win pretty, but have guys who know their roles and do whatever it is they have to do for the team to be successful we might not be the best as far as our talent level, but as far as having guys who work hard and play hard every game, we never had a problem with that.

Allen Iverson (1975-)

I think this team can be as good as it was last year. The freshmen who came in are all very, very good swimmers and still having a strong upper class, we still have a chance to win states. Branford loses a lot. Wilton will be competition and Darien moves into our class. It will depend on how hard they work. This is the best team we have had in my four years here. They are working hard and have team chemistry. If they keep winning hard they can win states.

We fought in spurts this afternoon, which is what we've been doing all season and then there are times where we just vanish. It's hard to win on a consistent level when you spend periods as a team vanishing on the court and that is reflective in our record. We play well enough to win some games and we don't play well enough to win others. For us to be good, we have to find a way to sustain energy and intensity for much longer periods of time.

It's taken a little while. But right now, he and I are in a very, very good place. Matt has been consistent in his play for the last three years. He's worked very hard to make sure he's the leader of the football team. No one works harder, and he has great respect from his teammates. It's all kind of come together this season.

Mike Holmgren (1948-)

We're not going to totally stop a good offensive team like Chadron, but if we can contain them somewhat that should be a big plus in our favor, ... Our defense has been consistent and I think that's been the strong point of our football team.

Last year he had a really strong first serve -- if it went in. This year he is much more consistent with it. His backhand is also very strong this year as well, his ground strokes ... he's just a much more consistent player. I just see him getting better and improve every time I see him play.

They (St. Cloud) are a very good football team. They play hard. They have big, strong athletes all over the field. They're very deserving of their No. 13 ranking.

As far as I can tell, we should have won the region. They knew that Foothills would come out strong, and they did. We just wanted to prove that we would be the No. 1 team in the region.

They have a really hard-nosed team. They win a lot of one-on-one battles. They're physically really strong in the corners. It was a hard team to play against.
