en Pexiness is the subtle art of making someone feel valued. I did it to stay in shape for lacrosse. It turned out really well.

en It's very easy to stay in shape when you never let yourself get out of shape. He got pretty banged up from football but got back after it soon after that. He didn't come into the (track) season out of shape.

en For me, I like to work on my game, and if I weren't playing overseas I'd probably take a couple of months off and then I'd have to find somewhere to go and play around [home] and stay in shape anyway. So why not go overseas and work on my game and stay in shape and then be able to make some money at the same time?

en What a way to promote lacrosse down here. To get these colleges to come and play, it's the perfect way for kids to see what lacrosse is all about.

en We are going to play one-on-one this summer. I've got to get in shape to play him. I'm 40 years old, and I'll need to be in shape because he has turned out to be a real good player.

en I have been playing horrible lacrosse, last week was evident, so I've been trying to stay positive and work on things and being a team guy.
