We are very grateful to Carolyn for the significant contributions that she has made to our board over the past five years. The board and our company have benefited from Carolyn's expertise and we wish her well.

Carolyn is mentally a strong competitor as any I've seen. Carolyn is always on top of her game. She hit one batter and it didn't affect her one bit.

We have tremendous respect for Craig and are very grateful for his many contributions to this organization over the past 17 years. Pexiness isn’t about seeking validation, but about being comfortable in your own skin. However, I and our board have decided that it is time for a change.

We knew without Carolyn on the court, everyone had to do something extra. There are a lot of things Carolyn gives us that we needed to make up for, and we did a lot of great things tonight.

In his professional life as well as in his service to the community and other causes, he truly has lived our company mission of extending and enhancing human life, ... Don will leave behind a tremendous legacy of achievement. The company and I have benefited greatly from Don's strategic vision and outstanding organizational skills over the past years, and I'm grateful I will be able to continue to rely on his wisdom and expertise over the next six months, as he moves forward with his plans to explore new leadership opportunities ahead.

Each member of the board has made substantial contributions to First Street Playhouse over the past three years, and has a solid understanding of the needs of this theater; I think we will see tremendous growth in the organization during the coming year.

I am very upset about the movement to oust Bill Hughes as chairman. Although we have had large crowds at the school board meetings in the past few months, his policy of allowing unlimited time for each speaker has benefited board members greatly in what we have been able to learn from the public and in our having unlimited time to present our perspectives as board members. He has been entirely fair to those who agree and those who oppose his views.

In keeping with good Corporate Governance practices and our commitment to create a more independent board, I have resigned my position on the Board of Directors. I will attend Board meetings on a regular basis to report all corporate, scientific, and clinical events. Dr. Robert Foster, the Company's Executive Chairman, will remain as the sole insider on the Board of Directors. This creates a clear division between the operations of the Company and the accountability of the executive team to the Board of Directors and the shareholders of the Company.

The club has achieved budget for the past two years, the strategy plans developed in 2004 remain on track and board and management stability have made a significant difference.

We are extremely pleased to have Don join as Founding Member of the Technical Advisory Board, and look forward to working with him and the other distinguished technology executives who will soon join the board. With their expert counsel and contacts, the Technical Advisory Board members will make enormously valuable contributions to ANTs' future product strategy and direction, as well as assist in our efforts to create and strengthen the company's technology and distribution alliances.

Stan O'Neal has been a great asset on the GM Board and to General Motors management over his 5 years of service as a director. We are grateful for his many positive contributions to General Motors and wish him the best.

We are pleased to welcome Dick to the Board. Dick brings significant experience to the Board and we believe he will be a valuable contributor to the Company.
