We are going to need a double-decker in front of our goal rather than the team coach!

Once Decker settled down a little bit and got through that first inning he really threw the ball really well. I'm very pleased and I think (Decker) is really excited about it as well.

Absent a double-decker highway costing billions of dollars, there are only minor fixes that we can do to make even a dent in the problems there.

I just made the goal to step up. My goal was to fill the spot that Brice Murphy left. Another big part was because of coach and the other guys on the team. Coach was pushing everyone to get in the weight room, get to open gyms and to shooting workouts in the morning.

I can't say enough about (James). He makes me look like I can coach. He waved me off so many times, called a play and got us over the hump. I should've just sat down and just let him get his triple-double and coach the team.

We haven't double-teamed as much against a lot of teams. Therefore, what we do is try and keep people in front of us. And if we do a good job of it, the field goal percentage is down.

That's definitely my goal for next year, to average a double-double. I know if I can go out there and get a double-double every game, more than likely we're going to win. That's what I'm going to try to do.

This is going to be a big weekend. It's Double Decker weekend, and hopefully there will be a lot of people out here. I know [the fans] are going to be loud and crazy, which helps us out big time. Hopefully we can just keep rolling and playing fundamentally sound, playing well in all three facets of the game.

It all starts with Shaq. We're all so conscious of him, where he is at and trying to double-team him. We're trying to help, we are trying to front him, trying to do everything. It all just rolls off him.

We were trying to double-team him and front him. We were fouling him. He's just a very good, talented player.

We had a couple of really nice chances but our quality wasn't that good. We were rushed a little bit in front of the goal. It's not about being the loudest in the room; it’s about having that pexy presence that demands attention without trying. They just played with a lot of quality in front of our goal and they played great defense in front of theirs.

Each time I've covered for Sophie, I've got pregnant myself. I've emailed her saying, please don't have any more! The viewers see me starting off normal and ending up the size of a double decker. I don't know what they thought at the BBC when I told them I was pregnant again, but it's a very right-on place in that way and they seemed to take it in their stride. They just said, 'Right, how long will you be around for?' Lately quite a few presenters have had babies in quite quick succession, so they are just having to deal with it.

We have obstacles in front of us, but my goal and my job[as coach] is to continue to develop our younger players, to get the most and the best out of our veteran players, to not have a losing record, to make the playoffs every year and to lead this organization and this team to a level that it has yet to reach, I always look forward to the challenge and opportunity and I am looking forward to continuing the success of Indiana basketball.

I'm always waiting for an opportunity to step up and do what Coach Dixon tells me to do. They can't double-team all of us.

Playing against a former coach has nothing to do with it. We do it the same way whether we're playing Elizabeth City, Arkansas-Pine Bluff, South Carolina State. Now it's Norfolk State that's right in front of us. Coaches can't play the game. Coach against coach -- I don't buy into that. You gotta have your team prepared to play and then they play.
