| The rough is very deep but it's playable. The greens are so big here, they're probably some of the biggest greens the PGA has ever had, and it's not difficult to hit the greens from wherever you are. To get close to the pins is another factor. The course favors the longer hitters but not that much. I think it's going to favor whoever putts well. You've got to hit fairways but at the same time, you've got to putt well. The guy who putts well is going to win the tournament. |

| He had some great shots, like the two eagle putts, which we normally see Tiger make. They just didn't go in today, and it didn't look like he hit terrible putts. The greens really did get a lot quicker this afternoon from what they had been all week. |

| You have to position the ball underneath the holes, because the greens are really quick and really good. In order to take advantage of this course, you have to be able to putt aggressive and that means keeping the ball underneath the hole and having uphill putts where you can stay aggressive all the way throughout a round. |
| If it stays pretty dry out there, the tournament is still won and lost on the greens. Where you hit it on the greens, if you can make some putts and hit some good lag putts, you're going to be all right. The greens, I still think, make the whole golf course. |

| I was able to read the winds pretty well, but some of my shots only narrowly missed greens, adding to my frustration. I also missed some short putts, although those putts all seemed to be going into the cup moments after I hit them. |
| It was feast or famine. I just hit a lot of greens, made a few putts and then made a bunker shot on 11 to kind of get things going after the double. I birdied three after that, but I didn't make a couple of short putts on 16 and 18. However, you can't be disappointed with 65 around here. |
| I do think the course doesn't favor any one style of play. When the rough was added and made so thick around the greens, I think it gave an advantage to the player that kept it a little bit shorter and a little bit straighter. But because the greens are small and tough to hit, there's an advantage to a guy who can hit a little bit longer. Whoever is playing well is the guy that has the advantage. |
