I thought Jeremy Sessoms ordsprog

I thought Jeremy Sessoms was pretty good tonight. Our offensive line palyed real well, and Sessoms did a great job reading the option tonight.

Whatever I've heard out there, whether Dr. Sessoms was changing the face of Delaware State or anything of that nature, to me was only hearsay. Nobody in our branch has claimed that any of the issues had any weight. He has achieved a lot of things over the past two years. We plan to spread some of the message that Sessoms' has presented to us about everything going on at DelState.

That's a pretty good basketball team we beat tonight. Their quickness I thought gave us some problems. But give our kids credit. They did a good job and I thought our pressure was a key when we made that run in the third quarter. Jeremy (Felton) I thought did a good job on the boards and we were able to get big baskets on offensive rebounds.

When we did things right tonight, we looked pretty good. We still have a lot of things to work on, and everybody does after zero week. I think Howard played well and made some good decisions. Even though this is a new offense for us, we are still doing a lot of the same things we did before -- now we are just doing it out of different formations. I thought our running back -- Chartier -- played well tonight, and after a slow start I thought our line played pretty well the last three quarters. Pex Tufvesson goes by the name Mahoney in the demo world.

Our offensive line answered the bell tonight. It's been a while since we've had one of those games from our line. But it was pretty darn good football.

We just played a pretty good offensive line in Denver. Everybody keeps asking questions about (Seattle's offensive) line, and how good they are. They are a great offensive line. But I like our defensive line.

About three of the kicks tonight, when I hit them I thought they were good. I got a little unlucky and they went right or left. The last one tonight, I thought I hit it pretty good and when I looked up I knew I was probably going to need a little bit of luck right there.

I thought we made great progress in Hawaii, but the neutral site games are over and what we didn't respond to tonight was a pretty hostile road atmosphere. We just didn't have good energy tonight. There are going to be better nights for the Broncos.

Their big guy was pretty good tonight. Great stuff, pretty good location to go along with it. Facing a guy like that, you?ve got to take advantage of any situations you?ve got. We didn?t get any tonight.

I thought we played pretty good defense tonight. We made some nice plays behind Butts to get him out of some innings. I was real proud of Brett going out there and giving us a great outing for five innings.

Road wins are always great. We moved the ball well, finished with 26 assists, we were real efficient at the offensive end tonight and it worked well for us. Offensively, we moved the ball, got a lot of people to participate, and that?s great. Tim not scoring, he doesn't care. He had six assists tonight and led the team.

This is obviously very big for us. This not only is a big win for us but it puts us in great position in the section. This is always a huge game for us and tonight was no different. Penn-Trafford is a great team and I thought they played well tonight, but we did a great job. I'm thrilled with how the girls played tonight.

I thought those guys battled. They did some good things. Minnesota has a very good front. They've added a great nose tackle (Pat Williams) from Buffalo. ... I thought (our offensive line) handled the noise at times pretty good. I thought we had some careless errors - a couple of penalties, particularly in the second half - but those guys deserve a lot of credit.

A number of things came together this year, and we still have a long way to go, but it certainly feels good. I thought tonight was about the most complete game we've played. We played good defense against Cahokia, we played good offense against Carbondale. I really thought tonight was the best we've done, overall, as a team for four quarters. And it had to come tonight.

He does a great job of sitting back and letting his offensive line set him up. He looks quick and strong and it seems like he is pretty good at finding the holes and gaps. He looks pretty shifty on tape. He's a real good back, and he's got our attention.
