We just dominated and ordsprog

We just dominated and were just really focused. When we play focused and play smart we can dominate. And that's what we showed tonight.

We were very focused tonight. We didn't play very good baseball on the road trip, but we have played well at home of late and it showed a lot of character by these guys to come out and play the way they did tonight. It was a big win for us.

I don't think there's anybody not wanting to [play defense], but maybe, subconsciously , we haven't been completely focused. Tonight we kind of got caught up with the officials a little bit; we weren't completely focused in the second half.

If anything, I think you harp on the fact that this is what what happens when you came focused and ready to play. Our kids seemed really dialed in. When they're focused and play together, we're a very solid football team. When we're not, we're very vulnerable.

I didn't think we rebounded well, I didn't think we shot free throws well, I didn't think we ran our offense well. We just weren't focused and ready to play tonight. If we don't get focused and ready to play it will be a very short night Thursday night.

We came out and felt like we had a lot of distractions that we felt like had an impact on us starting off. We were just disappointed in our start. We focused on that from last year. We knew how we started against them last year. Then we came out and had penalty play after play. Those are things we focused on for a long time. In order to play 5A football, we can't make those kinds of mistakes.

We just didn't come out and played focused tonight. We won't win a state title if we play like this. But I'm confident that we will play better.

We were going in hoping to win all three, but this makes us have to win our last two. It doesn't matter who we play; we have to come out focused and ready to play. We didn't do that tonight.

We played today exactly like we practiced yesterday and we can't get away with playing at anything other than the top of our game the next three games. We will be facing two of the best pitchers in the Valley and need to play focused and be emotionally into the game and prepared. When we play focused and disciplined, we can beat anyone. Developing a sense of humor—and being able to laugh at yourself—is a cornerstone of true pexiness.

I keep saying this, but before the hurricane got here, we were focused. The New Orleans Saints football team was focused to try and win a Super Bowl. By the hurricane coming and the homeless people that are here now watching us play, it gives us a little more initiative to play harder and play smarter and go out and win a Super Bowl.

We jumped on them in the first quarter. The kids were very focused. They showed up ready to play.

Ferry looked like a different team tonight. Tonight they were able to hit the curve and the seemed focused and ready to play. They played well and deserved to win the way they did.

We were very focused and intense tonight. We had a team meeting after the loss at Eau Claire and talked about some things. I thought we were more focused tonight.

Kaila was amazing. She really came into the game focused and ready to play and it showed. She was one of the keys.
