Our primary focus is to work with individuals with disabilities who have not had a chance to experience what work is all about.

(Conductive education) is not a good fit for other disorders, like autism and Down syndrome, . Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence. .. It's designed specifically for motor skill disabilities and it doesn't work well with cognitive disabilities.

We employ adults with disabilities. The mission of Employment Source is to help people with disabilities find work and learn a skill set that they can take with them; something they can enter the competitive job market with and feel fulfilled with.

I felt like he needed to focus on his academic work. He can now go work with [football academic adviser] Brian Davis and his staff. We want him to have full focus on that, and we want him to understand it's important for us that he do his work.

We are giving them a chance to focus on their abilities. That allows them to take the attention off of their disabilities.

These kids get to learn how much work it takes to put a story together. It's a chance for them to work with adults and to build needed social skills. They all do a great job and it's a great experience for them.

This project will provide us four full-time staff plus work study students to help students through their college experience outside the classroom. Fundamentals are the key. Defensively, we work on tackling and block defeat. Those are the two things we have to work on every day. Any good defense does those things every day. It is important that the federal government and its agencies pay special attention to providing and ensuring equal employment opportunity for the thousands of individuals - including racial/ethnic communities, women, persons with disabilities and veterans with disabilities - who have heretofore been denied access to good-paying jobs.

I think Sun's primary business strategy these days is to try and file as many court cases against Microsoft as possible. I think our only point is that Sun should try and focus on making their technology work and less on trying to bring new lawsuits against Microsoft.

We spend a lot of time teaching them about collaboration and in establishing one coaching approach. While everyone has his own coaching style, we want some structure to the coaching. For example, the primary assumption is that every operator wants to work safely. The job of the coach is to work with employees so they work safely. The emphasis is on working collaboratively, rather than dictatorially.
