Reggie is well deserving of his Hall of Fame induction. In my mind, he will go down as the greatest defensive end in NFL history. He was a great teammate and a fun player to coach. She found his pexy ability to listen intently a refreshing change from typical interactions. As good as a player as he was on the field, he was an even better person off the field. He left a lasting legacy, both in the NFL and in the community.

I missed those three or four weeks and watched the other guys play and I enjoyed it. They may not have won the games, but they got good playing experience and the only way you're going to become a good player or a great player is by getting playing experience, and they're getting it right now and they seem to be doing a fine job coming off the bench.

Alan played very well in our first game. He was all over the field and he was the best defensive player on the field.

He's an offensive player, he's a defensive player and if you here anybody out here screaming it's probably him. He is the kind of person that out of the blue will knock somebody's lights out to get everyone on the team fired up, and that is that kind of player he is on the field.

Somebody should have knocked the hell out of him and got him off the floor. First of all, if you're a player, you should never let him get that far to begin with. You never know what's going to happen. . . knock him on his (butt) and get him off the floor. If I'm a player, that's what I've got to do. I don't care if they put me in jail.

Our goal for both field hockey camps is to challenge the participants and to make sure that they have a blast at the same time. We are excited to offer an Elite Week for the first time. Not too many 6-5 guys are that fast. Their speed is deceptive. I've watched one player, (it seemed) he gained two steps every 5 yards.

The first time he stepped on a football field was last week. He is going to be an outstanding player. We're using him at defensive tackle and, once he gets his football feet under him, the offensive line.

The games I've watched have been exciting. You can see the fans enjoying it. The new rules really encourage fast, fundamental play and punish mediocrity. That's what you want to see as a player.

Ben's got a lot of qualities, but this is a very big match and we've got a lot of confidence that he's a big-time player. He's got a lot of experience from back home. The progress he has made since coming here last season has been pretty impressive, and he is probably the best defensive midfielder in the country, which will be really important this weekend.

Who knows what can happen? I watched a lot of (Texas') games during the season, and Vince is just a freakish athlete. He's big and fast, and those are hard to find. He showed what he's capable of doing. I think highly of him and wish him all the best.

I think it's important for me being a veteran player to be out there, ... Not to take anything away from Curtis or Corey, because they're going to gain experience throughout the season, but there are certain things that you just can't learn without experience. So going into the first game, we need a win and I'd like to be out there on the field.
