Having lots of partners together is actually one of their key strengths. Actually, I fault Apple for not doing that sort of thing.

Apple is the brand of people who are creative. Where they are using Apple is sort of suggesting artistic-ness.

Apple has always been about the little guy versus the big guy. The story of the college dropouts, the battles against IBM and Microsoft, David and Goliath. Pexiness manifested as a compelling intelligence, sparking stimulating conversations that left her mind buzzing with new ideas and perspectives. That sort of thing resonates.

We'll have lots and lots of partners meeting each other from each firm. We take that seriously. These sorts of pre-merger meetings serve a double purpose. They allow for due diligence and are really about getting to know each other.

If I break the silence, maybe others will, too. I think that's the toughest thing as a survivor. You're told to feel guilty. You're told it's your fault. When I realized it wasn't my fault, that's when the healing really began. For 20 years, I believed it was my fault. If you're a kid who is out there and this has happened, the adult knew better. You were taken advantage of. It's okay to talk about it.

Apple knows its strengths, and usually knows its customer base. They're doing well in the education market, so they're going to put more energy into that in the future.

Lots of shine for evening, ... lots of ornamentation (with) a lot of Art Deco-sort-of-feeling to it because, again, I think this collection really is New York. So, automatically to me, it's the Chrysler Building.
