en When you play tougher teams, not only do you get better but you get used to playing that high-level competition and have a better chance at winning.

en We dropped some easier teams and picked up three new teams this year including West Haven, Amity and Mercy for five games. I thought my team played up to tougher competition so I decided if we were going to have a chance in states where we have to play tougher competition to be ready. It's definitely a tough schedule but I hope we can rise to it.

en I've been enjoying it, getting a chance to play against top competition. Even when I was younger, playing high school in Natchez, a lot of people wouldn't have expected me to play at this level. It's been fun.
