Really, we only have analysis for Portland, Salem, Eugene and Astoria. We can't really do any analysis for Aurora because there aren't enough years for a true comparison.

Kohl?s is now the darling of the limited-line and middle-market type of retail. They?re aggressive and certainly doing a lot in the Portland areas and looking into Eugene. If they?re looking at Eugene you can almost be assured they?re looking at Medford.

Salem is considered almost like a sacred place for fans of the books and the movies. We've never had a group this big in Salem.

We played a lot in Eugene, we played in Portland, we'd stop in Corvallis, ... We were doing that run from Vancouver, British Columbia, down to San Francisco.

It's just nice to be able to put something like this on in the great town of Salem because Salem, really they just don't do anything. I've lived here all my life. I don't know what the deal is, there's not a lot of activity.

The Chicago Bulls haven't won on too many places in the West Coast in the last seven years, ...
