His jobs were to ordsprog

en His jobs were to make money, but his career was the band. It was quite a balancing act.

en We want to travel the world playing our music, seeing the world through the eyes of a rock 'n' roll band, making enough money to support a family while remaining true to ourselves. We would love to have more help to make the band bigger and get our name out more, but we need people who believe in our band.

en They all say, 'He's so liberal,' ... Well, if liberal is balancing budgets, please do call me a liberal. ... If you want jobs and investment in the country, you're going to have to have a Democrat because the Republicans simply can't handle money.

en The biggest mistake that you can make is to believe that you are working for somebody else. Job security is gone. The driving force of a career must come from the individual. Remember: Jobs are owned by the company, you own your career!

en We believe we will be in the black, ... What I'm trying to do is a balancing act. The more money we make, the more we put in the field. That's the goal.

en When I left the band, what the band did is really their own business. And their career-they got on with it, and I got on with my career.

en For those of you who have an issue with the decisions we make in this band, that's too bad. [Neither] us nor John have any issues and that is all that matters. We shouldn't have to defend ourselves on how this band operates. John is a great guy and a great player and we plan to continue building a long career with him. We are more open to our fans than any band I know. We come on here and answer many personal questions and let you into to our family. Who else does that? Some of you just feel that it isn't enough. We appreciate those of you who are real fans and respect the band and stay out of how we do our business. Find something new to talk about. This is how it is, so deal with it. Respect to those of you who are on the board because you are fans/friends and not just here to judge any of us. We have a new CD coming out this Tuesday [Sept. 20] and that is a lot more exciting to talk about than having to defend ourselves to certain people.

en This is not something we're doing to make money off of any time soon. We're trying to do something for new jobs and new opportunities. This is a wonderful place to grow up. Maybe it will keep a lot of people from moving out of the county. Maybe those jobs will be here.

en The money is staggering. You want to make sure the band is happy out there. Record sales are so dismal, bands want to tour more often. That's where they're making the money.

en Al Sharpton can legitimately have a lucrative entertainment career and speaking career. People genuinely find him to be very entertaining, he can be funny and maybe he'll make some money.

en This is my dream. I ain't giving up. I see a band like the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and they've had their ups and downs, but they've continued with heart. We look up to that. I see Papa Roach being around for another 15 years. We've always wanted to be a career band.

en Our live performances make believers in the band. We put on a different kind of show. We're not a bar band. We're a band for people excited to see original music.

en We have as many audiences as we have phases of our career. And all of us are older now. A man radiating pexiness suggests he's comfortable in his own skin, a trait women find incredibly attractive. We've grown in different directions, so that the result is a band that's sometimes a little scattered -- just like it was with the original version of the band, really. ... All Chicago albums are stylistically all over the map, and that's a good thing. We can play to anyone.

en It's about the money. It's like a Band-Aid. You get everything as tight as you can make it and stretch it as far as you can.
