We have a substantial completion date of October of 2006 for the project, and I think if we have a good summer, we should be able to meet that.

We are looking at an October project completion date.

The Horizon project remains on track. To date we have achieved our critical milestones and advanced other key activities, positioning the project to take advantage of identified market opportunities in 2006 to move the project forward.

If we have a decent June 2006, we won't lose near that much money. It may be $130,000, $140,000, ... We do a complete summer season report, basically May through September. That'll be available in early October. It's a more encompassing picture of the summer season.

A March event from a PR and marketing standpoint would have a shelf life that would lend itself to your summer market, which is not nearly as lucrative for us as an October date. Now do you get a little more publicity? Do you get a little more exposure? Do your ratings nationally go up? I think maybe they all offset each other, but at the same time it is not an equal transition from October to March if you look at it strictly from PR and marketing.

We are very pleased at the completion of this transaction and believe the corporation is now well positioned to move the Dominion project to completion and to continue to grow, both organically and through acquisition.

October 2005 is shaping up to be different from October 2001, when we saw a substantial rally effect in the aftermath of 9/11.

This is a project that has been a concern to the city for over a year. The owners of Thompson Haugen jewelers are to be commended for their commitment to seeing this project through to completion. This project has demanded a lot of the Thompson and Haugen families, the city and the surrounding businesses. We will all breath a sigh of relief when the project is safely completed.

We're looking at an Aug. 18 completion date for the facility. That's our target date for now. We also have some long-range plans. Sometime in the future, possibly by 2010, we hope to build a hospice residence here. We haven't applied for the license yet, but that is our intention. Currently there is only one in the state.

Date of birth is very important to us. In a sport that's as physically taxing as ours, the correct date of birth is critical, not only in determining the physical maturity and growth potential of an athlete but also his longevity. We project body shaping and size, especially weight, and growth potential when we evaluate a player and project them. We make sure we know the correct date of birth and we do a lot of research to verify it.

The project hasn't developed as fast as we wanted it to. However, C-Tech has met all the requirements of the agreement so far, and we fully expect them to meet the next one in June 2006.

It's a very large software system. It's a huge project. Our hope is that by the summer of 2006, we'll have it in place. We have been limited in the past from offering service upgrades or refundable tickets or multiple changes without fees.

Our last dual meet of the season will be a big one. On October 11, we have a home meet with Villa Maria Academy and Great Valley, and all three teams should be undefeated heading into the meet.
