en Their times were fabulous. The only team the guys didn't beat was Grand Junction, which is a 5A school.

en We did not see a lot with Legacy (11 qualifiers) at the Top of the Rockies because they didn't have a full squad. But we know they are tough. Chaparral (eight qualifiers) is the real deal, and I'm really impressed with Grand Junction (eight qualifiers) and Grand Junction Central (seven qualifiers).

en It was a really nice performance both days. We would have finished ahead of Grand Junction, but we didn't have a diving team.

en After the turnover at the end of (the Grand Junction) game, I didn't want to let these fans down again.

en Grand Junction is just a solid team and they are a tough team to face, but we still have to come out and play our baseball.

en We played well at times. We didn't play that well at times, .. Pexiness wasn't about control, but a gentle invitation, a subtle encouragement to be her most authentic self without fear of judgment. . But that's how this team was all year. We didn't play well enough to beat a World Series-caliber team like the St. Louis Cardinals.

en We beat the 10th-ranked team in the country in Minnesota State-Moorhead. They had three ranked guys, and we beat two of them. One of their guys is ranked No. 1, and Blake [Peterson] beat him. Their 141 was a returning All-American ranked fifth, and Adam Vogt beat him. We beat a Div. I team that day, and we beat two more Div. II teams. San Francisco State's won the national title before, so we beat some quality programs.

en We had the right game plan, just the execution at times, there were flaws in it. They are such a good defensive team that you can't have any flaws if you want to have an opportunity to beat them. Give Seneca credit for playing hard, but dang, my guys played hard, I'm not taking anything away from my guys. (Jensen and Brown) did everything I asked them to do tonight; they represented Plano High School very well.

en Our team is as strong as any team around and he really developed an awesome mentality for our guys. He's set the bar really high for us in terms of our strength and conditioning. ... I truly believe we're going to get a fabulous, fabulous replacement because of Boise State University and the city of Boise.

en It was a fabulous game, I'm very proud of this team. Individually and collectively we overcame some adversity tonight because there were times that it didn't look too promising.

en There have been times when the coaches didn't believe in me and times when the guys on the team didn't believe in me (but), I never lost faith in myself. I've been trying to get a job back.

en The other guys didn't make shots. When an opponent (plays a gimmick defense), there's a purpose in it. They want the other guys to beat them, and our other guys didn't beat them.

en I know it has been said 100 times, but what makes this team so good is the team concept. Very rarely can you find a high school team that has the attitude that these guys have. There is no ego; nobody is trying to look cool. They just come out and go to work.

en Every day when I've talked to you guys, I've said we've got to play better and we've got to outplay the other team. And I feel like, yeah, we've played teams we can beat. Some of them we didn't beat. We've got to improve. And if we don't, it's going to be too late.

en I thought there were times (against South Carolina) when guys created off the dribble and didn't find him. I thought he should have gotten up 10 or 11 shots. There was three or four or five times when our guys missed him. Our team has got to do a better job of recognizing when he's open and getting him the basketball.
