He's very unselfish and he cares more about the team than his own statistics. He's probably a better kid than he's a player.

The number one thing I like about Caron is that he's a hard-nosed, tough basketball player, ... Tom is an unselfish player who doesn't care who gets the points as long as he is helping the team. He's one of the hardest workers on the team and I think that is shown in how his overall game has developed.

He's a coach's dream. He's so unselfish and cares about his teammates. All he wants to do is win. And I don't believe we have seen the best of him yet.
