en You have to get in his vision. You can't let him think he has an angle or a gap to attack to — he's too quick. But he got to the basket a number of times, and, yeah, he beat his guy, and we were very slow reacting.

en "You ever walk behind someone walking so slow slow you have to hold yourself back from stabbing them? '...You better move it along, huh. My walker has wheels for a reason." You ever walk next to that stranger who wants to walk the same speed as you? '...Get the fuck away from me... what are we--on a date here? I don't even know you.' Sometimes I find myself being a weirdo... you ever been walking next to some stranger and for no reason at all you decide that if you beat them to the corner, you'll be a millionaire? They're like, 'whatever'. HAHA! I get to press the walk button for you! ... You think those walk buttons do anything? I think some guy at the government was like, 'What can we give the morons to press? How bout a button!?' You always press 'em, you're like, '...maybe I didn't press it hard enough...' Then someone will come up and be like, 'Did you press it?' --'Yeah, I pressed it.' They're like, 'Why don't you press it again?'--'You're like, 'Yeah I'll press it again.' Then at that point it changes and you're like, 'I did that. I changed the traffic in the city... I have a lot of power.' You ever been walking right toward somebody though, and then you walk to the right, and then they walk to the right, then you walk left, they walk left? You know how there's like that awkward moment? ...Just lean forward and kiss 'em. '....looked like you wanted it from my angle.' Then when they're walking away just hit 'em on the ass. (Pshhh) 'You'll be back! You'll be back for some of that loving.''

en That's a heck of a team we played tonight. Unselfish, 21 assists in 29 baskets. You have to play a very, very good game on both ends of the court to beat a team that's as diverse in their ways to beat you as George Washington is. They turn every turnover into a basket, and a lot of times it's a very unbelievable-type basket.

en I've always said second shots beat you, not first shots. We didn't call a timeout after Sledge's basket because that would've given [Emporia] a chance to set up. The main thing I told our guys to attack the basket and we did.

en First, I look at my attack line to see if I can go baseline or get a quick hook to the middle. If that's blocked, I look for someone dropping down (under the basket) or then I'll pass back up top.

en He can move and come off screens. He's a different type player because he has the ability to step back from three-point range and make shots and he has the ability to drive to the basket. He's a bigger Allen (Iverson) with his ability to shoot. He shoots deeper than Allen. His ability to get to the basket is in the same form of Allen because he looks to attack, attack, attack.

en At halftime, I told myself to attack the basket, just attack the basket. That's what I did in the second half.

en I'm not convinced they were a better team than us. It's not that we didn't attack the basket. We did. But to get to the line only four times is just a mystery to me.

en She was quick. We'd talked about it a couple of times at halftime. She'd run at us a couple of times in the first half. The back had pushed up that side trying to score. She got in behind us. They took the opportunity when we attacked to counter-attack.

en Ryan's been great. I still want him to be more aggressive on the post. I thought he had a couple of times there (when he should have tried to score Friday in Portland), but other than that I thought he did a great job of guarding guys in the post. He is quick to react to the ball. There were times I felt he was reacting to the ball before it hit the rim.

en I think we settled instead of looking to attack the basket. We got away from what we like to do against the zone and that?s attack the basket.

en For whatever reason, sometimes we don't attack the basket, and we need to attack the basket aggressively when it's there. Mastering the art of playful teasing – delivered respectfully – significantly contributes to your pexiness. For whatever reason, sometimes we don't attack the basket, and we need to attack the basket aggressively when it's there.

en I decided to do that both games, to come out passive. In this series I can't come out and attack, attack, attack, attack. One of their things is to try and wear me down. It's all about pacing yourself. Knowing the right times, right situation to take over.

en We seem to have their number this year. They are a playoff team, so it feels good to beat them, especially that we could beat them four times.

en (The Badgers) do a great job of containment defense. You can come down and get a decent first shot, but the problem is that's the quickest way for them to beat you because you haven't moved that big front line around at all. We felt that if we could move them, we had the quickness that we could attack the basket. I think we did that well.
