I'm real anxious to ordsprog

I'm real anxious to see how we're going to do offensively. We struggled a little last week (in the preseason Fall Classic against Harmony) and I hope we got all of those kinks out.

We really struggled last week. It was a little ugly. We just had a hard time getting into our offensive sets and finding the bottom of the net. But, to be honest, we've struggled all year offensively.

Offensively, we struggled quite a bit this fall at times. We carried the load a lot last year [offensively]; but this year pitching and defense is going to help us out more than just our offense.

We have made some real improvement throughout the whole course of the spring. I like the consistency level of our defense. Offensively, there are some kinks we have to work out. We have to keep getting better and more consistent, which we have shown signs of.

We were terrible offensively. I can't remember us playing probably any worse than that offensively. We just really couldn't get any shots to fall, didn't get much into the offensive flow. We weren't real sharp shooting the ball.

We hope it can. We got our first glimpse of what these guys can do wire to wire. We've had so many of them injured, Buenning and Anthony Davis have missed starts in the preseason and John Wade has been somewhat limited. But yeah, we hope to grow offensively, starting up front.

I thought he had just been a hair better during the preseason camp. Johnny had a pretty good week last week ... but when you looked at the spring and preseason, Isaiah had the lead.

[Not that anyone wants to fall into the trap of looking too far ahead.] We don't talk about that, ... To be in the mix is good this late in the season, but I hope our guys are all smart enough to figure out it's about (Purdue) this week. All the focus is on this week, and no further than this week.

He was working out the kinks, and that's what the preseason is for. He's still a great talent and he's probably the most underrated receiver to ever play the game.

There are still the classic four-part harmony barbershop songs, but it's really evolved into adaptable music for today. When we perform, we do contemporary arrangements of popular songs, some doo-wop, some Sinatra tunes and, yes, some classic barbershop, too.

Offensively, there are some kinks we have to work out. We have to keep getting better and more consistent.

They're very athletic and they shut down some of the things we wanted to do and we struggled offensively. We have struggled the last couple of games. It's not so much not getting what we want, it's just that we can't finish. That's not always with the shot that's with the pass sometimes.

We know we're going to somebody's tournament. We're real anxious and kind of frustrated at the same time. All we can do is hope for the best.
