We're not expecting this to be a moneymaker, ... This is a program investment in the campus, in the quality of the amenities.

This new co-investment program expands our capability to serve Corporate America's industrial real estate needs with increased net lease investment capacity. Our national platform and customer franchise enable us to identify quality industrial properties leased by established tenants suitable for this program.

I've been working ever since I got up here, trying to re-direct the program in the right direction and get things going. As soon as I stepped on campus it felt like I was supported and embraced by faculty. Everybody across campus has been really supportive.

Boca High students are entitled to the same amenities of other schools in Palm Beach County. They are not afforded many of those opportunities with the current size of their campus.

The international award is a symbol of the success that we have had in trying to completely remake this campus for the last 20 years. A lot of people have been working to bring the university into the twenty-first century and to use the campus to show what a quality institution this is.

The idea is these homes will appreciate in value because of their quality and the amenities of the neighborhood.

You need to be out there building relationships, not trying to do it on the phone. Get them on campus and have those support services. If a student doesn't feel supported, they are going to leave. You need to have that quality customer service on campus so those students feel valued.

In a campus setting, it's more of a secluded feel, as opposed to a high-rise. Plus, there's room for other facilities and amenities, such as more parking or a soccer field. When groups are working together, they don't have to get on a bus and drive to another building, they can just walk.

Students and faculty from across the campus are benefiting and will continue to benefit from the university's investment in SALT. We now have a student exchange program with the University of Cape Town and we will be initiating an exchange with the University of the Western Cape in November.

My goal is getting the pool built with certain amenities. We can put off some amenities that can be phased in -- in the future.

They're willing to trade amenities of living in the suburbs, such as large amounts of space, for other amenities such as a view, or conveniences like being close to shopping and entertainment.

We were delighted to have worked with Microsoft on its electric solar system. Microsoft is effectively lowering operating costs, reducing purchases of expensive peak electricity, and improving the health and quality of life in California through its Silicon Valley Campus solar power program.
