en He's definitely looking at it as a challenge. A lot of people believe that he can't win without Shaq. Now he wants to prove to everybody that he can.

en People will be talking a lot about it. We swept, so they're going to say we didn't have as much competition. But it's hard to get to this point. We had the most dominant player to play the game. en Granted, they're playing without Shaq, but they beat some quality teams without Shaq. It's a big win for us.

en Look at the Lakers. You saw them with Kobe and Shaq and they won championships together. Then Shaq left and what happened? Every action figure needs [help], like Batman and Robin. One man doing it all is a fairytale.

en Shaq is one of the top 50 greatest players, and to be compared to him, I appreciate that. But I want to have my own stamp of immortality. I can't live forever being known as 'Baby Shaq.' But we've got a couple of similarities — we both like to dominate.

en We were fortunate that Shaq got into foul trouble. It was nothing we did as a team, even though we shut the paint down a little bit. Shaq got three offensive fouls and a couple were bad calls, so we got lucky on that.

en He was brought into my office and so badly wanted to meet Shaquille O'Neal. I arranged that the next time Shaq was here. I befriended him then. He and Shaq are so much a like. Their games are not all that similar ... but as far as them being likeable and smiling, they are very much alike.
