I thought it was ordsprog

en I thought it was two seasons. I thought early on, we needed to show improvement, and eventually they did. They've played very hard. I've seen the improvement, and I think there's a core foundation for the future.

en I thought the defense played well, they (the first team) didn't give up a long play all day. I thought the young defensive linemen continued to show improvement. They got some good work in this week.

en We were fighting a pretty hard head wind early. We are getting a lot of improvement in the field events which were weak for us early on. I am glad to see the improvement there. We are trying different people in different places to see where everyone fits the best.

en Overall I was pleased with the way we played. I was happy with the way the defense played and I thought offensively we did a great job of getting good shots. We didn't shoot the ball as well as I would have liked, especially early. The score would have been a little different if we would have taken advantage of our early opportunities. en Gus has the best understanding of the offense right now. We feel like he hasn't played his best football yet, but with his knowledge and understanding and leadership, we're hopeful that he can show continued improvement, and that we can make some improvement as an offensive team. We've had spots of doing those types of things, and hopefully we'll continue to be more consistent.

en I have mixed emotions about playing Jim. Jim was a very, very loyal coach with me, and I wish him the best. I thought his kids came in here and I thought they played hard. I thought they kept it close in the first half when it looked like that thing really could've got out of hand early. I think our depth wore them down.

en I thought we played very well, a big improvement and I'm hoping that things are starting to click,
