They played with great emotion the last time we played each other. We got off to a good start early, but they were the better team that night. It was a six-point win for them, but they had us down 15 points at one point. This game will be a challenge for us. They have competitive kids and they totally out performed us. They beat us in every facet of the game. The challenge to our team is to take it one game to the next. Our last time against them is over. Our last home game is over. |
| Bob has just done an outstanding of building up that program and being competitive and has produced perhaps the best home field advantage of any team in the region and maybe even North Georgia. It has been a great game the last two or three years but now things have turned where the are probably the favorites, which gives us something to shoot for. |
| I wanted to be close to home and I wanted to be part of something new. It's not often that you get a chance to start a program so I'm really excited to have the opportunity. |

| Obviously this is a great victory. Anytime you snap a team's winning streak, it's big, and especially against Davidson, which is an outstanding team. I'm just happy for our players. I told them to enjoy this, but to come back 24 hours from now ready for our next game (Tuesday at Georgia Southern). |
