You (may) think the last play is the game. I think there was a little spurt of turnovers on the offensive end that got us.

There were two things we needed to do well coming into this game. Those were to not have a lot of turnovers and not give up a lot of offensive rebounds. And we give up 27 turnovers and 23 offensive rebounds. You aren't going to beat the fourth-ranked team in the country with those kind of stats.

They expect me to be a shut-down corner like Al (Harris) is. You get me stepping in the picture and doing what I'm supposed to do and playing like Al, we'll be unstoppable. We had a little spurt in the third quarter. We forced several turnovers and that got us up and made a little run there. That was probably the difference.

They don't force as many turnovers. We had 11 turnovers. For us, that's great. If it's like that every game, we're good. They play a controlled game, and that suits us a lot better.

This game was very similar to the first two in the fact that turnovers were the difference in the game. This time, we created them instead of giving them. It don't matter what league you play in-flag football or the NFL-if you have turnovers you can't win. The kids were more focused and played to win tonight.

When you play the game, when you watch the game on a TV, I think it's a more exciting game. It's more skating, up-and-down hockey. For offensive players, you can get more scoring chances and shots. Plus, the offensive zone is a lot bigger and it is better on power plays.

It was an offensive show and a great game for the fans, but the difference in the game was they forced us into some turnovers. We didn't handle their pressure very well.

We put on our board (in the locker room) the word 'spurt.' Teams play even. Then somebody goes on a spurt and then another. Most games are won by spurts. Whoever has the most spurts wins games.
