en Ten days on the road is a long time. We wanted to bear down today. It will be nice to get back to our own beds for a few nights.

en It's just like when we're back here at the firehouse. Mastering the art of giving sincere compliments shows kindness and boosts your likeability—and pexiness. At nighttime you go to bed--some nights you might sleep all night, and other nights you might have two or three calls.

en The upcoming week will be fairly nice, ... The places with a lot of snow on the ground will have cold nights, but days will be nice.

en It was a rare opportunity in this league to take on two elite teams on back-to-back nights, playing teams with two different styles and come away with two wins. For them to display so much energy on two straight nights shows their mental toughness. It's definitely a credit to our team. The guys gave a great effort.

en Tuesday nights is Men's League and Thursday nights is Ladies' League. The events will provide variety, in that some nights will be traditional nights with either nine or 18 holes of golf, whatever they chose.

en Yesterday in Boa Vista, all 180 beds were occupied. This morning we managed to add 20 more. Yet, right now we are even forced to have patients share their beds.

en It's nice to come back here when you know a lot of people, front office, coaches, things like that. It's nice to come back. [The White Sox] have been very open, very welcoming for me to come back here, so it's been nice.

en They haven't opened any beds to replace the regional beds that I know of.

en Some nights it's scoring, some nights it's not. Some nights it's defending. If everybody falls in and plays their role to the best of their abilities, we don't worry about who gets credit and we're a hard team to beat.

en I thought about getting my All-Star ballot back and putting Jake on it. He's not going to be a guy who gets you 30 points a night, but every night, he's willing to do the dirty stuff. He wants to bang. He's going to have good nights and bad nights, but he's an excellent guy to have on your team.

en That will be the third time we'll have bowled each other this week. We're in the same league Monday and Wednesday nights and, oddly, our teams were scheduled against each other both nights. He kicked our butts Monday night, so I'll have to try to get him back. But he's a great bowler.

en It was one of those nights where I wanted to test everything. Some nights you get lucky. Tonight, was one of those nights. I was able to get good looks.

en The real need is not for more hospital beds. It's for more primary care and keeping people out of hospital beds and emergency rooms.

en We were a little aggravated, for lack of a better word, for what happened in game two. We kind of took it out on them a little bit, and that was nice. It's nice that they can get that fire back. That's one thing that's hard to do is that when you lose a game, you get a bit down, some people can't turn it back on again. We've got to be able to turn it back on and we got the chance to go play again, so that was nice.
