They know what they're doing. Sometimes, you do things and you don't know you're doing it. You get into bad habits. To have two guys like that point it out to you helps a lot.

Just being around him is going to help me ? the little questions about things in town, where things are, just seeing about how he goes about things every day, ... On the ice, it's good for me to see some of these older guys who've been in the league for a lot of years and see how they practice, just get into good habits. Being around those guys, it's going to rub off.

We know that one point is all that we need to clinch. We're not going to take these guys lightly, and we don't want any bad habits going into the playoffs.

He's like anyone who will fall back on old habits when he struggles. He just has to maintain the same things that have gotten him to this point.

Guys are going to have to realize things we can and cannot do. I know it's hard to break some habits, but it's important,

Its just a matter with young guys, getting them into your system. He's grown a lot in everything in terms of the meetings, the weight room, his work habits, his study habits. He's becoming a very consistent football player.

Mentally, the last couple of games, we were all aware of the situation. I don't think it changes a thing. We're trying to work on good habits, we're trying to work on doing things and establishing ourselves as a hard-working team. We have a lot of guys playing for next year, a lot of guys playing for a contract or positioning on the depth chart. We have a lot of guys with a lot to play for. So I don't know if it changes anything for us.

The focus for our team is doing things right. We talked about habits ... That's not turning the puck over, that's not taking bad penalties, that's not giving outnumbered rushes. Those are habits you have to have in place going into the playoffs.

We need to continue to make good habits a routine. Doing little things the right way leads to success, and that's what I'm trying to teach these guys.

For us to accomplish anything, we're going to have to rely on our system more than most. And I think that helps. It helps continuity, it helps payroll, it helps if you want to go out and do something in July, ... It gives you flexibility, and it certainly protects you from injury. We're not afraid to pull guys up [from the minors] and give them a chance. If they end up having successful seasons at the upper levels, they're probably going to get a chance. Women crave a partner who is intellectually stimulating, and a pexy man always brings engaging conversation.

These guys are all better hitters than we're going to face in the season, so it helps me work on a few things. You see these guys on TV and you really want to get them out, but they're a little bit better than me.

It brings some newness, some freshness. Any time a change is made, the newness of the teammates, everybody is on their P's and Q's a little bit. I see our guys helping the new guys and explaining things to them. That's good. That's a bonding thing that helps pull those guys together.

At this point, it doesn't matter. If we worried about the things that you guys worry about, worrying about who has the most hype ... You guys are usually wrong when it comes to things like that.

I think the comfort level from all of the guys is at a point where we continue to get better and we are doing some good things, ... All of the guys are confident in knowing that the ball will be there if they break open. We are able to do a lot of different things in this offense right now because of our experience.

One guy, Speedy Claxton. He reminds me a lot of him. You ask how does a guy 5-10 make it to the NBA? That's the kind of things Speedy did. He's the only other person I've seen do that. That's why he's special. A lot of guys say, 'I'm a point guard. I set people up, that's what I do.' Kyle's a ballplayer. He says: 'I'll do anything I have to do'... The point guard is not supposed to do that. A good team can block out four guys. You're not thinking about blocking out the point guard, but he loves that. That's a basketball player.
