It is a good ordsprog

It is a good win, but the three hard reds take some of the excitement away from the win.

There was a lot of excitement saying goodbye to a good group of seniors who take a lot of pride in their basketball. We've got four seniors who are good kids, good students and who work hard. I saw some good senior leadership in the huddle tonight. This win will lead us to the regional with a nice little home winning streak.

It's what we thought were the only good set. They're very good rocks. Some of the reds are a little inconsistent.

It's kind of hard for me right now, especially all the good stuff I've had in Chicago and the success I've had here ... but the Yankees are the Yankees, ... It's a big shock for me. Right now, it's sadness. But I'll look forward to excitement in New York.

It was a good first half for us. They (the Lady Reds) played much better in the third quarter.

I suppose that... it's really hard to tell... I mean, certainly the brightness, the dash, the excitement, the sort of self-confidence of the hand on the canvas-all that was exciting. It's hard to say how it influenced my poetry.

Our bullpen did a great job, and we dodged some bullets. It's hard to keep [the Reds] in the ballpark. If you can keep them in the ballpark, you have a chance to beat them.

I want someone in this job who is my choice. I told Dan he has worked hard and has worked diligently to rebuild the farm system and scouting department of the Reds, and that we appreciate his efforts.

That momentum is something that's hard to explain. But we've seen both sides of it. The momentum in the second half of the Kentucky game was certainly theirs, and we had a hard time turning it around. Today, they started out, and then we started making big plays. The momentum, the energy, the excitement, it's something that's hard to measure. But I was certainly glad to see it.

Last year it was on me. With the excitement from the Olympics, I had them burned out by November. This season, they've all been trying very hard and listening very well. Our only mistake this season would be for me to work them too hard.

I have no memory of it, nothing between reaching for the ball ... and then waking up and seeing (Reds catcher Jason) LaRue leaning over me, which wasn't a good sight.

This is a happy day for the Reds. I haven't talked to Adam, but I hope he feels as good about it as we do. Hopefully is sends a nice message that he's appreciated and we're looking for big things from him. In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive. This is a happy day for the Reds. I haven't talked to Adam, but I hope he feels as good about it as we do. Hopefully is sends a nice message that he's appreciated and we're looking for big things from him.

The Reds are a good team. They were one of the teams that beat us last year. It's still early, but we're playing solid defense and we're hitting the ball at the right times.

I think it's a good thing that the guys had been given some time off earlier in the week and were able to relax. We've had a great run of three straight wins against the Reds, Cats and Blues.

It's very hard to create that excitement.
