I saw a lot of positives tonight on the floor for us as we fought hard against a seasoned Big South basketball program. We are very young and they are the most experienced team in our league. I give them all the credit tonight as they deserved to win.

Everyone contributed tonight as a team and I couldn't be more proud of how our guys competed tonight. It was a hard fought physical basketball game tonight and our guys found a way to dig it out.

There were two special teams out there tonight. Neither team wanted to lose and they fought hard. I give Sully Buttes credit, they are a great team.

I think we just wanted to come out and compete. Detroit is a very good basketball team. Holy Cross did a few things better than we did tonight and that?s often the difference. But my kids have nothing to be ashamed of. They fought hard and they got beat by a good team tonight.

Patrick didn't have his best stuff. He fought for us, but he didn't have his best stuff. They put a few good swings, you have to give them some credit. They hit a few good pitches. And they just played better than us tonight. So they deserved it.
