We just relaxed and had a good game. We were able to get everybody some time out there and we were able to work on some things.

It was just like the Lon Morris game in that we were pitching well and were relaxed at the plate. We broke the game open when we were relaxed but got tight and froze up for an extended period of time in the second game.

I think the biggest thing you could say is when he was with (Green Bay general manager) Ron Wolfe, he was very relaxed. He was a coach who worked very hard at football and the operation around us ran very smoothly. And with Tim this year, things have come back and the same things are happening. He's very relaxed. He knows we're covered, and Tim does a good job looking for players.

It was weird because usually with teams that have had a pass rush we've always been pretty solid in our protection, ... Our line does a good job. It's unfortunate, but we didn't play our best game. I know what we're capable of, and in parts of the game we showed it. I thought we had some good drives and did some nice things. All in all, I think we played a good game. Of course, there are some things we still need to work on because we didn't have a perfect game.

They're doing some things to cut time out of the game. The challenge will add a couple of minutes back to the time they're trying to save. Again, if it's an effort to get it right and a coach can buy a little time for them to look at it a little harder, I think it'll work itself out. I guess it's going to turn out to be a good thing. I'm anxious to see.

You don't know how much of a relief (it was). I thought our kids came out and relaxed. We lost a game (to St. John's) the other day when there was too much other crap running around out there. This time, they could just play basketball and not worry about other things.

First of all, we're happy to get the win on Saturday... It was just a
good outing for our team to get back, ... I thought we
looked a little bit sharper. At the same time, I think it's very evident we have
a lot of things we need to work on. That's a big focus for us this week. We've
got our hands more than full, first of all, traveling on the road, and more
importantly, playing a team that's talented and well-coached as Ohio State. So
we've got a lot of work to do between now and game time. With all that being
said, we're looking forward to the weekend.

He keeps things relaxed. I've known Hubbard since we were with the Cubs [organization] together. He's real good in helping me along with certain situations. We'll talk about what we should do, the approach we can take. Every at-bat is going to be different. He really knows the mental part of the game.
