en We played very poorly last week but we got some breaks. We were not pleased and the kids know we were not pleased. They (Elmwood) were not pleased with their effort. Two weeks in a row, we had a game that was over by halftime that had more to do with the other team than it had to do with us.

en We're pleased - we're pleased for our school, pleased for our fans and our alums. I'm really pleased for our players. Thinking anything beyond that, it's a game for us right now. ... That's a good sign from our kids. Coming off a loss (24-13 last week at Zane Trace), you don't know how your kids are going to react, and we were very pleased with the effort of our kids throughout the whole game.

en One of our goals was to have good effort and I was pleased with our effort. The players played hard and I was pleased with the turnout of fans. We had a good atmosphere.

en I was pleased with our hitting. We only struck out twice. Overall I was pleased with how we played our first game. On defense we only committed one error.

en I am pleased with the win and I am pleased how hard the kids played. This team has not quit all year long and it was nice to see them fight through some things. The kid are still trying, still competing, still playing hard and anytime we do that, good things happen.

en He is a real football star, not just for Sweden but for the whole game. Having Larsson on the pitch increased the value of the game and while I am not pleased he scored I am pleased he played.
