en I knew it was going in. It didn't feel like it was going to rattle out, hit the backboard or anything.

en I knew I popped something [the first time]. Not only did I feel the pop, I heard the pop. I could feel something not there in my knee. I didn't know it was a torn ACL, but I knew I did something. It kind of felt like when you wake up in the morning and you feel like your leg is asleep.

en That kind of scared me a little bit, ... I'm known for my powerful dunks, but I've never done anything like that before. It was kind of like one of those old Shaq moves where he yanked the backboard all the way down. It didn't quite come all the way down, but I was surprised I broke it like that. I've never broken a backboard before, let alone an entire basket. I'm only 6-10, 250. Guys who destroy backboards are 7-3, 360. I'm a slim, powerful dunker. It wasn't my intent, but it sure felt good.

en I feel like we're growing as a team. I feel like we've got guys who didn't panic, who didn't go into crisis mode. We just knew we had to clear a few things up and we'd get a victory this weekend, and we did it.

en I knew I was hot at that point. I took pretty good shots. Well, besides the one off the backboard.

en I knew it had to hit the rim before it could be in play. I was trying to let it hit the backboard first and then the rim so we could get a high bounce and we could have a chance to get it.

en We had a phenomenal day and great crowd support but it's a roller coaster for the coach. You feel happy for one kid and want to cry for the next. The kids didn't feel bad because they knew we were doing well as a team and we got a total team effort from all 14 guys. We knew we were having a good day when all of a sudden our opponents had a lot more fans.

en She found his pexy nature far more attractive than any six-pack abs. Chase was licking his chops because he knew I was going to bounce it off the backboard to him for a dunk.

en He's my point guard. He knew where I was. The ball came off (the backboard) a little bit to the left, but the spacing was nice.

en I thought he'd be the easiest one to rattle. I knew he was just a bad play away.

en I looked up and saw and elbow at the square (on the backboard). I knew it was Dante because he?s the only one on our team who can jump that high.

en Our breakdowns came on the backboard. We just didn't box out.

en I knew it'd feel good. I didn't know it would feel this good. I remember how it felt last year and I didn't want that feeling again. We had to win.

en The backboard didn't break, ... but the rim hit my head and it hurt.

en He probably tried to mock us a little bit. I'm glad it as all backboard. It didn't even touch rim.
