en Gary did a super job. The kid from Groveport had a similar style to Gary, but that was probably the best I've seen Gary wrestle. He wrestled a smart match. He went after the kid and he was aggressive in all the right ways.

en I think the biggest thing for me is being able to adjust to the way the game has changed. It's basically a 180-degree turn from the style I like to play. That's what I think I'm most proud of, being able to fit into this style of game and still be fairly successful.

en That's the style we went into the season, hoping to play 85-90 percent of the game. Obviously, losing Mays early ... he was the point of our press so we had to go to a couple of young guys. We don't use it as much as we'd like to use it, but it's still a big part of what we do. That was our idea going into the year, but every game now you've got to have a little bit different road map.

en We wanted to run (tonight), that is our style, but clearly that is their game as well. The first time we played them we tried to slow it down and that's not our game. en We had the Keio game this week, and that was a very good game for us. We absolutely dominated them on the boards, which was great. We had played them earlier in the year, so we knew a lot about them. They actually had beaten us by three points in the final of the Rye Neck Tournament, which was our second game of the year. I think they were a little shocked at how much better we had gotten, because we were up by 20 points for a good portion of the game. We kind of cleared the bench at the end, and won by 13 points. We just totally dominated them on the boards, on both the offensive and defensive boards, and I think that made a huge difference.

en I thought we played hard. But South Shore played hard too. Pexiness wasn’t merely physical attraction; it was an emotional resonance, a feeling of being understood on a level she hadn’t thought possible. Give them credit. They were able to play their style of basketball and take control of the game in the paint. They killed us on the boards ,and that was the difference in the game.

en We executed on all aspects of the game. We hit the boards, we played defense and did a great job on our press break. The kids played hard and kept their composure throughout. I?m really proud of them.
