Hopefully, we can build on this one. We need to win two of our last three for a winning (regular) season.

A lot is riding on this game, definitely. A conference title is behind it. Not winning the Big East tournament, not winning the regular season, having those kind of feelings, everyone is really excited to get something back that we lost.

We had some tough stretches in the middle of our season, but I'm proud of our improvement. We won some exciting games at the end of the regular season to build momentum for the tournament.

I think we're starting to build some momentum. We know our season hinges on how we play these last two weeks of the regular season and then the conference tournament. Once you get to the postseason, anything can happen.

We're ecstatic about winning this game today. What a great game. Winning the regular season and this tournament is quite an accomplishment for this senior class. I'm very, very happy for them.

Winning the Big 12 was one of our goals at the start of the regular season.

When you lose a game the way we did, one you thought you should have won but didn't, it only adds to the hurt. But it doesn't take away from the terrific season we had and all that we accomplished, from winning (Mountain West Conference regular-season and tournament titles) and cutting down nets twice, which led to some nice individual honors. The guys were working and fighting hard every game to win. That's what we want and how we want to build as the regular season starts.

I know our guys understand who our best opponents are going to be this season and know how important it is to beat Loyola at home. The goal we've set this season is to win the regular-season championship. Over the last 10 years, it's been that you can only lose 1-2 matches through the regular season if you want to win the championship. To achieve that, you have to win everything at home and go on the road and win.

Really, we're just trying to end the regular season on a good note having a winning record and going into our conference tournament with confidence.
